Shipping policy

Effective 1/1/2021 Dionne Risse Collection ships merchandise to locations within the United States. In stock purchases will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends and national holidays. 

Pre-orders: We will offer estimated shipping dates for all Pre Launch exclusives.

Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge of $35 plus $7.50 for signing. All orders must be made by 12PM EST to be shipped overnight. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.  

During holidays we anticipate delays with our shipping process. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends and national holidays) in addition to the 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) shipping policy.

Shipping delays have become an unavoidable caveat during the current Covid-19 Global Pandemic. We are dedicated to processing orders in a manner that ensures safety for our team and clients. Please be advised, shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS. We appreciate your patience and support as we restructure and make necessary adjustments to adhere to local and national guidelines 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local
post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
 

Attention...USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Some customers may experience shipping delays that are outside of the control of Warrior Apparel.

Most items ship within 7 business days however due to the large volume of orders received, the uniqueness of our pieces, and the time it takes to pray over your items, in some instances, it may take up to 14 business days. 

Dionne Risse Collection  is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. The purchaser is responsible for entering correct shipping information.  The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address.  We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address.  If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination. 


If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping).  Or, if the purchaser prefers, Warrior Apparel can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping the goods to you.

Note we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or acts beyond our control.
